Stress is something we all have. Stress can kill by reducing your immune systems response to insults and distracting us during important tasks like driving. We need to learn how to lessen stress in order to have a more peaceful life.

Physical stress is the stress created when we either physically exert ourselves or are in an environment that is physically demanding, say 110 degree heat during the summer. Good physical stress actually can make us feel calm and relaxed, whereas bad physical stress only makes us feel worse. We need to learn how to lessen stress, no matter what type of stress..

Emotional stress is probably the most difficult to handle because it is internal. The way we feel and react to situations can often be a make or break for us in regards to family, job, and other relationships. Learning how to lessen stress emotionally can be very enlightening and will have a lasting effect on our lives.

Physical activity is one method in how to lessen stress. It really doesn’t matter what type of physical activity. The object is to physically work so that you feel better after the work than before. For many people, this is the number one way to get rid of the emotional stress.

A hobby is another method in how to lessen stress. Hobbies give us an outlet for our feelings and distract us from our problems. Hobbies give us something else to concentrate on aside from our stress.

Relaxation techniques are methods in how to lessen stress. Relaxation takes practice. Practice counting or visualizing your favorite spot on the beach, in the park, on a cruise, or anywhere else you would like to be.

Music and listening to the radio is another method in how to lessen stress. This is my favorite method because I can be right in the middle of stress or know that when the situation is over, at the end of the day I can relax and listen to music or even talk radio.

Stress is all over and anything and everything can create stress in our lives. The better we handle the stress, the better we will be in the long run.

nothing to be celebrated... definitely no need to
huhahuha here and there utk tahun baru...
it's better staying with ur lovely family...
while having a various trial of varieties menus...
hehhehehe...cuba...cuba...jgn xcuba...

penah dgr menu baklava,
namanya pelik rasa xtau nak kata,
dah lama ngidam nak buat pavlova,
its finally served kat depan mata...

ewaahh... siap pantun segala! hihihi...
atau terkena tempias si osbon?? ngeee...

apapon...again as usual, weekend will be my beautiful
interval of stress and headache in between...
this previous weekend, i've tried this kind of fofular
desert... so many cyber bakers have done it...
and because of the eagerness + vibrantly inspired,

maka terhasilla 6 ketul mini pavlova ni...

vaavavavavavavaaaaaa... =)

the mini pavlova disk... u can have the big one...
depends la how many of the people yg akan makan
desert ni nnt...

the disk have been baked on 31 Dec 2011..
while the fresh cream as well as the fresh fruits being

served on 2 Jan 2012... siap lompat tahun tnggu nak makan...
ngeee...

the fruits!! i just have kiwi, strawberry and seedless grape...


taraaaa....

ok.. this 6 disks of pavlova finish on the spot
after being served at sekilau hills ... kecik je pun...
slightly same sizewith the cup's plate tu....

i can say, i do love this kind of desert...
but next time, i'll make sure the fresh fruits for
the topping should come from the sour one only....
it will give u a perfect taste between sweet, sour, crunchy
outside and "marshmallow"y inside

the recipe? i've referred many cyber baker's blog...
sini sikit...situ sikit... but no worries...
once google, u'll definitely find it!

alhamdulillah... finally i managed to bake this cheese tart

yang diidamkan nk buat lama tahap tak hengat!
after surveying the recipe, gather the baking apprentices

for this tart, accumulate the spirit lagi...
(siap spirit beriya2 mcm nak pnjt gunung!)...

and finally the cheese tart is here =)

i've made it in 2 different fillings - blueberry and kiwi...

there were some problems occurs during

the baking the tart shell... so do during preparing

the cheese... aduii... tensi banget masa tu...

feeling so down as the expected outcome looks

sooooo disappointed :'( huuhuh...

but then, after googling info from net...

looking for the correction technique to make sure the

dough as well as the cheese core became ok,

again alhamdulillah... sume getting ok...

in fact the taste is better walopon

cuba taram2 edit resepi!! yay!!!

(terpuji diri sendiri plak...waaakakkkakaaaa...)

coincidentally, my aunty sefamily from KT dtg, my cousin and her
fmly from KLpon singgah... so dah ala2 promote cheese tart

4th sequel of Mission Impossible.... giler besstt!!
Why? because this time, byk unsur2 realistic being

plotted in.... in 1,2 and 3 punya sequel,

everything smoothly planned. everything is tip top
and perfect.... as well as the gadget...
the mission plan also run as it should be...

but this time, mcm2 masalah timbul...
gadget rosak la... changing of plan la pada

masa2 kritikal plak tu... and i think that makes

this sequel is the best among 4 of them...

genuine and unpretentious!!...

plus... there were some elements of humor for this

sequel...(mana penah ada kelako2 dlm MI before this)..

because the director for this MI is also

the director for PIXAR's “The Incredibles,” and “Ratatouille”...

bila kepala otak katun direct live-action movie,

huhuhu...the result is mabelesss!!!

last but not least... tup2 ada si anil kapoor plak dlm ni
hahahhaa.... good enuff i think as a few shots were taken
in India... at least the crew did respect India by inviting
their local film actor....

okla frens... i did really enjoice watching this movie..
and because of that, i rate this movie 8.5 upon 10!

i've done watching it with my luvy duvy
last saturday... as for my personal comments...
ermmm.... not all plots in the novel

being plotted into the movie...
macam bese la kann... kalo sume plot nak masuk,

roughly i can say i like this movie...

i've been read this novel about 5-6 years back...
mungkin lama lagi dari tu... lupa suda...

and i do quite adore si fauziah's punya novels ni...

not bad laa... but after hearing certain infos regarding

her lepas novel ni transfered into movie,

i started to feel something not good about it...

last week... that's why i named this

most of us started to watch Harry Potter (last sequel)...
where as my hubby and I just got a chance to
watch transformer ni huhuuh...
tp okla kann...daripada x dapek tgk lgsung...

1st plan is to watch it in 3D...
really thought there will be no "hustle and bustle"

laaa for the tickets as this movie had been on aired

for the pass 2 and half weeks kot...
tapppiii..... 3D ticket sold out maaa...
frustt!! as i cannot watch this cramping2-crinkling2-irons

movie in 3D form... tapi takpe...
reserve the 3D for final Harry Potter nnt huehuehuee...

Overall for this 3rd transformer sequel - best!!!
and again after watched every transformer movies...

i will started to imagine all of the vehicles around me at the
car park area will transform into big giant robots tu heheheh...

ntahape2 la punya kes terbawak2...wakakkaka...

Malaysian bakers lately.... and it's called as macaroon atau nama
pendeknya macs....
this macs is originally came from France.....
those who don't like sweet food is advised not
to taste this at all as the level of sweetness tu mmg tahap miung2
jugakla anak tekak nak stable balik uhuhuhu...

but talking about the colors...OH EM JIeyyyyyy...
sgt2 la fluorescent-ly shocking!!

and because of the appealing and eye-catching color...
i bought this macs for my beloved hubby's besday recently....

sbb this class is embedded with the cupcake class

handle somewhere in mid may aritu... so those who

registered with cupcake class is eligible to join this class...

alang2 dah free, baik poie je la kan...

this class is handled at kolej komuniti paya besar...

there should be 15 persons tp ada yg tak turn up..

so all of us tadi probably dalam 10 persons je including
me and hus...the rest mgkn ada hal masing-masing...

the class is quite enjoice! i did ONLY SEE my SIL and MIL

doing this 'chocolatey-work' a few times at senai previously...
tapi tak pernah betul2 cuba... basically it is easy...
what most important is u need to be patient, creative
and of course highly passionate in this area....

hence... mari la makan cekelat.... if u want to have

more pleasant taste, better go for lembaga koko punya coklat...

huh! i'm audaciously bet that almost most of us

did went and had dine there...

anybody ever tried to add this sauce into your pizza?

huhuhu... myself is one of the person who PREFERRRR

to put this sauce into my slice of pizza...
maklumlaaa...ratu pedasss huhuhu...

giler sadisss after reading certain infos regarding the content

of this sauce, terus rasa kembang tekak segala..

kalo la perut ni buley disamak,

maunya disamak sesamak-samaknya huhuuh....

conclusion?? buat pizza sndiri je pasni,

then dip je dalam various halal sauce kat umah tu..
tapi kalo buat home made pizza, no sauce is needed at all

this cake has been very popular among Malaysian

bakers lately... not sure why but probably because

of the red color and the velvet texture huhuhu....

i finally managed to bake this cake on last previous sunday..

the complexion was not so nice... the top interface of this cake

also bumpy.... bab2 bumpy ni really stress me a bit as

i dont know is it because of my oven or location of the

baking tin when it is being baked...

then the frosting cream cheese also not

meeting the rightly form...

probably too much of beating...

huhuuhuu... mosykels...mosykelss...

ED caterer.... plus masak2 sendiri jugak as my 2nd cousin
(tuan punya majlis) is a chef huehuhueue...

the pool... besss ni kalo bley kecebuss2...

pool lagi... there were such a longggg foyer along this area of pool

which is used for any occasion...

nak bbq ke... nak santai2 kee...

but for this time, my 2nd cousin used is
as kenduri kendara area =)

the road to other apartments...

way back from the kenduri... so calm...

tepi pantai... i think i used to have bbq here when i was a trainee

at UMP... siap ada vav1 lagi kejo anak k.ina huuhuh....

went to CICT, UKM for official visit...

bilik meetingnya masyaAllah besonya huhuhu....

i really like the iron stack to the ceiling of this meeting room..

looks so traditional yet classy... sekali pandang

macam kayu alang at the oldies houses tu...

not many picture taken pon... but the best part was

meeting my 'same name' friend who also worked at CICT UKM ni...

i met her during website workshop at Melaka last year

we tend to worked in the same group during the workshop

then jadi kawan baik smpai arini hehehe...

hope to see u again kak hafizah suzana =)

apapon it's a good experience to visit CICT UKM

able to grab many information to be deployed into our JK

the prepared food pon mabeles huuhuh...

(kalo perut tak kenyang mana, ada jgak ati nk tambah makan

mira mustafa construct the plot... all the best to both of

and drama...but the best part was... sooo many makcik2 came to
the GSC...all of them pakat layan nurkasih huhuu...
makcik2 yg level2 granies pon ramai....
sitting on the cinema's seat with baju kurung and a
box of pop corn!! wah!!... all because of nurkasih muehehe...

i've tried to bake this cake a day before we

make a move to KT for hurrey2 moment...

ohhh!! giler puas ati makannnn

sbb baked it utk makan2 sndiri hehehe...

i used to buy this cake at SR before...

dulu sedap tp sekarang sgt la sadis madiss rasanya...

sayang ke pitih betul for buying it there...
plus with the storymory about the halal status of
their usage flour tu... ermmm... renung2kan...

then had a chance to taste this cake during k.zati's

demo at megamall aritu which made me absolutely

fell deeeeeeep in luv with this cake...

the texture, the taste, the luxurious grated walnuts,

the sweet sour chopped pineapple..the...the... the sume2
dlm cake tu ohh!! really compliment each other
very extreem well huhuhu...

then last saturday, i've tried to bake husna's apam
coklat yg terbaek itu... after complete steaming those apam,
i noticed that the apam tersangaaaatla banyaknya utk
dimakan uhuhuhuu... definitely unable to
finish them in a shortwhile... the solution? hehehe
bagila pada jiran2 tetangga rather then membazir
ketidakhabisan... then brought the balance to sekilau hills...
rasanya mmg sedap hehehe... kan hus? hik...hikkss...(-_-")

mengemas itu ini during and after preparing those cake/apam...

anyway, pasni nak cuba buat lagi

as my 1st trial for walnut carrot cake that day was not
meeting the extreem well taste as k.zati punya huehue....

need to reduce the ingredients for the dough...
please avoid mubaaazirinnn...

the best chalet ever i've been stayed in...

terbaek!! nama duduk kat chalet
but the feeling is exactly like staying in hotel
no piccas in the room sbb dah sepah2...

the house of the chalet's owner is just in front of this chalet...

both husband and wife ni ada quiet and peaceful landscape

in front of their house... so guest yg menyewa bley lepak2

at this area.... banyak bangettss ikan dalam kolam tu huhuhu...

ruang lepak depan umah chalet owner... mmg nyaman!

beso ikan2 dalam neh..

haaa...this is a very nice prepared breakfast by the chalet owner

for their guest... nasi dagang terbaeeeekk at KT...

i used to eat this nasi dagang daripada zaman kecik2 dulu...

my mom said this nasi dagang dijual oleh arwah tok guru

ngajinya... so now it has been heredity sampaila

2nd time played this game at faie's phone plak...
tembak si vav1 tu tahap kaw2 punya...
terbawak2 main game ni until at sungai miang...

damn hard to kill them huh!! geram btoll
with their cynical laughing every time we failed to complete
the mission...lastly, smlm able to get this game
in pc version pulakk...

haa... this is the ONLY picture of myself and aishah
taken during our days at

136 force camp regiment 505... at our back tu is
pineapple plantation -our final check point...
(tepon baruuuu je kua dari 2 helai balutan plastik
masa meredah swamp tu huhuu... si aishah ni siap bawak
bekal coklat 1 bar lg masa meredah paya...
terbaeekk la aishah!! )

muscle pain, joint pain, bruises here and there ...
both sides of my hand so paintful because of the scratchessss
during the deck swamp trekking for 3hours
and half!! adesss...

the soldiers were sooo well trained... so "well-train"
jugak la kami yg bukan soldier ni huhuhu... I was being
migraine attack for the first 2 days in a row...
definitely because of the scorching sun for those days...dah hitam
gelap sume kulit... elok masuk hari last day, ujan lebat selebatnya...
which leaded us to jump into those swampy-wampy area...
yg airnya cecah paras dada maaaa... sib baik aishah
tu cargas banget... even dia comel2 genit, air yg hapus
ketinggian dia tu sikiiiiit pon takde masalah... yg masalahnya,
myself je laa...sbb sgt2 tak fit... juara jatuh paya kedepan...
juara jatuh paya kebelakang... juara kaki sangkut dalam tanah
pamah paya tu... juara la sume2yg lembik...
yg guys tak payah cite laa...
all of them fit tahap dewa... zass...zasss...zaasss all
of the thatch tree terkuak... clear jalan utk aku yg lembik2
ni nak harung hehehehe... luckily my blue sport
shoes tu still strongly attached to my feet... otherwise,
adala kot org smpai ladang
nenas tu pakai stokin je huhuhu...

conclusion? u have to go by urself if u wanna know
the situation...cite byk pon tak guna until u face it by urself...
so to all officers who are not in the 1st and 2nd bacth for
this course, u better be going...excessively exhausted

apa laaaagi... balik keje ptg jumaat tu, went to this Labun cafe...

katanya lg each plate of chicken chop consists of

chicken, fries, salad+tomato, coleslaw and mashed potatoes...

and it costs you for only rm9... wuhuu!!

sedap plak tu... but i forget to snap any piccas

sbb sedap sgt + kelaporan at that time hehehe...

oh lupa cakap pasal location...this Labun cafe is located

at kampung chendering (terengganu pon ada
kampung chendering kat kuala ibai hehehe)...

i mean version terengganu punya laaa... no the colored

After went to watch Chronicles of Merong

Mahawangsa yesterday...we went to the demonstration of cake

decoration session at Megamall's foyer... huhuu.. mmg best laa...

dapat gak merasa test2 decor depan k.zati...

and lagi happy when k.zati still remember me

as one of her hundreds of students... vanggerss!!

then managed to buy her book at popular's book fair...

got her signature for the book and got the special discount

for her coming classes...oh sgt2 bestt!! Alhamdulillah...

but the marvelous smell of caramel pop corn all over the mall
really crazzzes to to get it huhuhu...

sampai kat TGV to buy the savory pop corn,
suddenly cam terasa nk tgk wayang plak
look at the schedule... then at the current time...
huh! cantiks! 5 minutes to go...

the story?? besst bangets!!
highly recommended - as the hero of this story has

last night, we went to watch MAGIKA... i've been waiting to watch this movie since KRU dok war2kan about it... huhuhu... so excited probably because of the collection of the artists involved in this musical film.... really enjoy this movie very much! the cgi also nice even not as bombastic as Hollywood product... but good enough for me...

the worst part last nite was our most terrible dinner at one of western food stall - somewhere at IM... sume secoet tp price oh!!! sgt2 tak masuk akal... then the situation keep stressing when our atos's tyre pancit tgh2 malam buta on the way back to our house lepas tgk MAGIKA... adoii... trsgt2 menguji jiwa raga huhuhu... Ya Allah... such a BIGG test from HIM...

apapon, sumenye settle jgak smlm after tingtong2 kat tepi jalan dgn hijack ngokngek tu... and today, went to Jejak Warisan event at UMP Sports Complex...then damnnn sweatingss in the hottt day at PTMK stall for celebrating Hari Raya at UMP.... didn't get chance to visit all stalls sbb penat kepanasaaann... nasi myk PTMK pon x merasa... huhuu...

I've spent my merdeka holiday at senai... completing the cookies order with my SIL and MIL.... penats tp sonots tak hengats huhuhu... blending, mixing, kneading, adopting, tableting, dipping, spreading, cutting and pasting...fuh!!! mmg besst! most of the piccas has been uploaded at fb... luckily all of our orders managed to be prepared... ada byk lg order utk senai and pekan... all of them are now in the preparing mode... for those who orders with me, ur order will available to be grabbed by tomorrow ekk...
