the sewing machine given from my MIL is now available

at my house... not really new but still good enuff

to rejuvenate the lame-gloomy-dull skills
yang suam2 kuku jari kelingking je selama ni
huuhuhuu....

every time surfing at the beautiful jubah,

blouse, tudung and any kind of muslimah 

attire on the net... the feeling of 

hmmm....i think i can sew this...

starts to rambling in my head

hence the presentation was not as pleasant as it should be...

just arrive from senai lewat ptg smlm...

 so exhausted to unpack and delegate the kuihs into

its orders... nnt dulu ekk... bagi kami bernapas2 dulu

dah divide2 nnt...

the simplicity of the ingredients really boost me up to bake it today...

beside the simple ingredients... the preparation also easy peasy...

scaled, mixed, kneaded, pelleted, rolled, baked, drizzled ... done!

the baking process... baunya masa ni aduyailahai...sedapnye!

whitey choc but not so white.... huhu...

drizzling the not-so-whitey-choc on those cookies...
then freeze it into the freezer for 3-5minutes...

ready to eat!!!

Finally siap la kuih raya named as black oreo velvet
(fuh!!! nama cookies kasi tuka dgn ori punya sesedap rasa)
for our own muchy2... which i guess will finish during
early sha'aban nanti hehehee...

my luvy duvy keep browsing variety ingredients of 

preparing this patty... lots of choices... lots of

recipe to be tested...

sudahnya... we just take a risk by putting this...

that... this... that... as long mcm logik, 

kitorg campak je mueheheh....

after godek2... campo tu campo ni...

we put it into the egg / patty moulder cam kat atas tu...

bought at parkson while waiting for the time to watch 

snow white smalam... 

then overnite the moulded patty into the freezer...

Insya Allah pagi esok bley mamam grilled homemade 

patty burger yeahh!!!

tarraaa.... this is our breakfast finally...

Alhamdullillah... lepas siap grilled, the texture and the taste was 

tremendously mabelous!! (waah...angkat bakul je munyi)

tak kesahla... janji rasanya sedap and we 110% satisfied...

such a very worth experimente!!

We went to KL from 26th to 28t May 2012...

the main agenda was to visit Miss Delisa yg comel lote itu...

but since this phone has been occupied by her brother Dawish - by 

playing this game...that game and sume mnde game inside it...

hence i didn't able to snap even a single pic of her :'(

i do love to shop at GM Klang...

Sooo many shop-lots available to be shopped...

sooo many things jugak yg dah dishoppingkan muehheheh....

but i just capture piccas from the beads shop...

itupon not the shop that i shopped... terlupa snapping any piccas 

at azliza beads sbb sibukkkkk banget differentiating 

and matching the suitable bead colors to my baju kurung...
and as far as i know... ramai popular online beaders did come here
and buy in bulk for those beautiful beads... and of course...
the more u buy... the lower price u'll get...
nama pon pusat borong rite? ;)

but the taste, 100% satisfied!

however, i definitely will improve the preparation
steps after this... just to make sure the "sedapness"
tu getting more sedaps!! =)

baju kurung this morning which has been draged

for a few weekss huhuhu....

once siap the feeling tu sgt la awesome!

1st trial - Pavlova

its 2012...
nothing to be celebrated... definitely no need to
huhahuha here and there utk tahun baru...
it's better staying with ur lovely family...
while having a various trial of varieties menus...
hehhehehe...cuba...cuba...jgn xcuba...

penah dgr menu baklava,
namanya pelik rasa xtau nak kata,
dah lama ngidam nak buat pavlova,
its finally served kat depan mata...

ewaahh... siap pantun segala! hihihi...
atau terkena tempias si osbon?? ngeee...

apapon...again as usual, weekend will be my beautiful
interval of stress and headache in between...
this previous weekend, i've tried this kind of fofular
desert... so many cyber bakers have done it...
and because of the eagerness + vibrantly inspired,

maka terhasilla 6 ketul mini pavlova ni...

vaavavavavavavaaaaaa... =)

the mini pavlova disk... u can have the big one...
depends la how many of the people yg akan makan
desert ni nnt...

the disk have been baked on 31 Dec 2011..
while the fresh cream as well as the fresh fruits being

served on 2 Jan 2012... siap lompat tahun tnggu nak makan...
ngeee...

the fruits!! i just have kiwi, strawberry and seedless grape...

taraaaa....

ok.. this 6 disks of pavlova finish on the spot
after being served at sekilau hills ... kecik je pun...
slightly same sizewith the cup's plate tu....

i can say,  i do love this kind of desert...
but next time, i'll make sure the fresh fruits for
the topping should come from the sour one only....
it will give u a perfect taste between sweet, sour, crunchy
outside and "marshmallow"y inside

the recipe? i've referred many cyber baker's blog...
sini sikit...situ sikit... but no worries...
once google, u'll definitely find it!

alhamdulillah... finally i managed to bake this cheese tart

yang diidamkan nk buat lama tahap tak hengat!
after surveying the recipe, gather the baking apprentices

for this tart, accumulate the spirit lagi...
(siap spirit beriya2 mcm nak pnjt gunung!)...

and finally the cheese tart is here =)

i've made it in 2 different fillings - blueberry and kiwi...

there were some problems occurs during

the baking the tart shell... so do during preparing 

the cheese... aduii... tensi banget masa tu...

feeling so down as the expected outcome looks 

sooooo disappointed :'( huuhuh...

but then, after googling info from net...

looking for the correction technique to make sure the

dough as well as the cheese core became ok,

again alhamdulillah... sume getting ok...

in fact the taste is better walopon 

cuba taram2 edit resepi!! yay!!!

coincidentally, my aunty sefamily from KT dtg, my cousin and her
fmly from KLpon singgah... so dah ala2 promote cheese tart 

la pulak gayanye.... muheheheh....

in terms of jadi ke tak jadi... definitely la quite
stress frust here and there...but yet i'm still
enjoy each and every moment of it very much!!!

eventho the taste was not as good as expected,
yet i'm still happy to cook for luvy duvy...
walopon luvy duvy is much more better compared
to me in cooking... wuuuu... ~
